Thanks Giving 2008

Thanks Giving 2008 is coming, everybody prepare for the celebration. Turkey, pumpkins pie, fruit and all kinds of food will prepared for this celebration. Thanks Giving is the big day for America. All the office, store and family prepare for this celebration. Horay! I don’t need to come to work at Thursday and Friday…. Enjoy my holiday for couple day.

If we look at outside of our life, there are so many people having a hard time to celebrate this holiday. The crisis is so bad, money issue is the big problem for them. Celebration is the celebration. Like people say “ The show still have to go on “. No matter what the reason Thanks Giving still the day for thank you for what we have.

Even no turkey, we still have chicken or bread. No big celebration, we may have a family gathering to share our happiness.

Don't ever Promise when You never Can DO IT!!!

Say something is easier than do what are you saying. That sentence is true!
How it happen?

Some people never think far before they say something.
Say something fast and let it go, after that regret with what was we saying.
It is very dengerous act when you are in the very important meeting.
For example : in the interview or project meeting.
You can lose your opportunity to get a job or project, just because of one word.
Some times the effect, may can hurt somebody else. They don't even care what they say. It just happen and go. Like the old people said " Your tounge is sharper than a sword "

It is the same thing with promising. Promissing is not easy like what you are thinking about. Promise is required you do your words or your sentence. Somebody is waiting you do your promise since you say it out. Don't play around with promise!
It may be can hurt you back, not only can hurt other people.

This is my lesson also. I have to becarefull with whatever I say and my promises!

I have a story about my friend who almost lost his job just because he could provide something on time which is the end of this year (2008). Company ask him to resign by December 31, 2008.

One day the HRD saw him pray and after he finished, The HRD asked him "are you christian?" and he answer " Yes I am ". The HRD lady said " Just trust him, everything should be ok! "

Last week which was friday, I kind of panic because I couldn'd find him. I guess the management called him, and yes he was in the meeting room with all the bosses. They called him and gave him a notice.

My friend told me that the management want him resign by December 31, 2008 and hire him as temporary worker. He asked me why? Why company still wants him work as temporary worker ? I don't know the answer.

I would like to ask my other friend who is one of the bosses to find out the answer, but I didn't have a chance to do it. The boss came to me and told me the story. He said he tried to make my friend stay. They were going to ask the big boss to accept my friend to work in this company until he can provide the thing that company asked for. Can you believe that? You don't need to ask... and God just answer your question through other my other friend. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Monday we got all of the answer The big boss agree to let him stay!

Just for you to know. He trust in God, he serve for God and again he is a good worker also.

Those two interesting topic and I think everyone has this experience.
The experience when you have a dilema for friendship and love.

It is difficult to choose one from friendship and love.
In some case you have to make a decision to choose one of them, because the one that you love doesn't like your best friend and your best friend doesn't like the one that you love.
In this position which one will you choose broken heart or say good bye to your best friend

Emotion + Bad Thinking

What about that title? AhA... those are so me....
Where did the emotion come from? Most of them come from our Bad Thinking
Our Bad Thinking always try make the emotion warming up and ready to blow up.

Bad Thinking.... Bad Thinking, I want you get away from my life...
Bad Thinking make us so tired, emotion, bad mood... and etc.

The only one can I do only controlling my emotion.
I'm trying and.. Gotchaa..... Today I passed the test !!!!!!

Hope I have my emotion under control forever :D

AgAiN !! Unforgetable Memories

I don't know why most of memories always related with love story....
I remember my friend has a story which has posted in her blog about IF TOMMORROW NEVER COME.
That story about 2 friends love each other, but nobody could say " I love you " until one of them die...

This is second time I write about memories...
The story almost the same with the first blog that I wrote last time.
couple days ago... I met my friend in messanger.. he put his status "Memories"
I knew why he put that status, he want "his memories" recognize what he thought....
That day was "his memories" B'day. They weren't met each other almost 2-3 years.

Ok start from beginning.
My friend is a gamer. He met "his memories" in online game and they met face by face after all. My friend was falling in love with "his memories"... they were chatting in online game, but my friend never told "his memories" that He loves her.
They been datting in online game but nobody say anything. Until one day, "my friend's memories" met another guy, and she decide to be a new guy's girl friend.
So it was a tragedy for my friend. It just because he was to late to say "I love you", he lose his chance.

What is sad? Until today, he still couldn't forget that girl.
Every time somebody introduce a girl to him, he always reject her softly.
I tried to tell him that he have to move on, because his memories only memories.
He Couldn't put the memories on his future, but no use.
He still LOVES her.... don't know until when.....

Imagine that you have 3 terrible kids !!!

Have you guys imangine if you have 3 kids and all of your kids are terrible ??
I could imagine. I am watching SuperNany show while I am writing this blog.
It so stressfull .
O my GOSH! everytime when I see them fighting, screaming, running around and the parent couldn't stop them.

I know how difficult to have 3 kids and they have almost the same age.
But not every family has the same problem.
It just depend of how parent educate their kid.

So Are you guys ready to be a parent?

Now I'm in spring season.
When I go home, I still can see the sun smilling to me .
I don't need drive in the dark..
You know what? Not everybody like this season -> SPRING.
One of my coworker has spring allergic. She will snizing all day in this season.

Allergy.... So many kind of allergy in this world.
Allergy because of dust, animal, food, liquid, medicine, or people...
ALLERY BECAUSE OF PEOPLE? .
It sound funny, but you'll find somebody say " I'll get allergy if I meet this person." The effect of this allergy is not like the others causes.

Why do I talk about this topic?
It just because this couple days I heard two or three of my coworker are complaining about their Allergic.

I know how sad and sick when you get allergy.

I hope my coworker won't get sick because of Spring Allergic.

Gamble......

This morning before went to my office,
I watched a news about a gambler sues Casino $ 20 M.
That news makes me thinking the whole day.

What I thinking about was how can the gambler sues casino, if the gambler couldn't control her desire and loss her money at gamble table?

This is kind of unussual case, isn't it?

My point here if you ready for gamble, it means that you ready to take your money out from your pocket / wallet.
Gamble only has 2 result, Win or Lose .

Both of them have 50% and 50% chances.

So in this case, I would have my budget for gamble before I go to play at Casino.

If I can, I will bring money as less as my budget.

Hmmm what do you think about this case? Who is the winner? ( The gambler or The Casino)

Memories will never come back

Talking about memories will never end.....
I know that everybody has their own memories. ^_^
Same as my friend and me. We have very greatfull memories.
Love stories and friendship....
Think about all of memories....... make me laughing, smiling, and some times crying.
This is about my friend's memories at college. I do believe that her memories at college is the unforgetable memories.
I know she will bring this memories until the end of her life.
College, a lot of things happend in our life. We have a group kind of best friends.
There were 4 girls and 5 boys. Wherever we go, we always together.
One day, We had a new member come join with us. I didn't know when some feeling growth between my friend (one of 4 girls in this case ofcourse not me :D) with the boy who was a new member.
But unfortunatly, this relationship wasn't going true. For some reason they couldn't walk together. :(( It was sad, because I knew both of them have strong feeling.
Their relationship wasn't too long but has a meaning which is true love.

True love is unforgetable memoriess, but It will never come back.

Friend today is your B'day. I want you be a new person who is always happy for your family, your future life and your love. HAPPY B'DAY 03/10/08 (Europe time).

People and Attitude

This is my first blog.
Honestly I'm not a writer, so maybe you will find some of strange sentence in my blog ^_^
Today I'd like to write about People and their attitude.
I live in California. There are so many culture in this state.
You'll find so many kind person with their personality or attitude.
First time when I arrived to this Country which is USA, I felt like everybody are friendly.
The city that I lived was so nice. Everybody respect each other.
And one day, I had to work in one company where was my first office job in USA, I met a lot of strange personality and attitude.
I still remember, First day when I came to work, everybody kind of didn't care to me.
I had no clue with whatever i did. Nobody told me how to do my job.
I just did whatever they asked for, kind of assistant for everybody ^_^ I still cool hehehe....
One of my coworker, I call her K. K is the one who told me what to do, so I did everything that she said so. hmmm ....
But lately she become bossy.
Man.... She asked me to do anything without say "please".
I still didn't get that she become bossy. I thought I was a new employee until the other coworker, I call him KC said " Hey, you're so passion."
This sentence made me think, because I wasn't hehehe....
And He told me lately that K had use me as her servant. She used to do that to everybody until I came to join them at this office. And what was the worst thing?
Not only KC told me that but almost the whole office. ^_^
Wasn't I look stupid? Didn't know that for 4 month. hahaha It's Ok.

K attitude make anybody uncomfortable. Nobody could work with her as a team. hmmm maybe only J can work with her ^_^ (I will write about J after this :D)
Change her attitude is not easy. I tried to be nice to her, but she still didn't get it.
There was a story about K.

J was my coworker in the same company where K works.
no wonder K and J can work together. They have almost the same character.
The difference only J works at Warehouse. Ofcourse everybody will ask him to get something from the rack at warehouse. Pretty much he have to do whatever we ask for.
But this guy doesn't do anything proplerly. One afternoon, I had a box which was empty and I didn't need it anymore. I'd like to throw it away, but I didn't know where should I put that box.
I was new in that company, so I asked J manager who was A at that time. and A told me " Just put near by warehouse back door, I will throw them away."
And I did put the box at the place that A point to, then I walked back to the office, the place where I suppose to be at hehehhee....
Before lunch somebody form the office told me that J called me.
I walked to Warehouse to find J. J was there and I asked him what happend.
He said " Hey, don't put the box over there, get and throw it in the trash box out there!"
with high voice kind of yelling to me.
I wouldn't feel anything if I didn't see there was a lot of boxes that J had to trash.
Why only one he made it as a problem. That wasn't the only one story about box.
The other day the same problem, because of empty box also.
but this time K "the mean girl" took one of empty box from the office to warehouse.
I saw it. After a while J called me and asked about that box.
Huh, he thought that I still put the empty box there. I told him that K put it there.
I wouldn't put any box there anymore, I knew that J won't like it. So J asked K that she put the box there or not to make sure that I didn't lie to him.
Can you imagine ? It only box. He made it big problem. And "the best part" was K said it wasn't her put the box there. And J asked me to take that box away from him "NOW".

What attitude is that? No nice way to say or what?
I'm not a perfect person, but this is make me think that I have to be nice and try to find a nice word or nice way to talk and to do something to anybody in this world.
Bad attitude is not easy to change but we need to learn how to change it become positive.
